Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping

• Free shipping is available on all birdhouses and bird feeders shipped within the continental United States.
• Shipping charges apply only to finials and replacement tubes.
• We currently ship within the continental United States only.
• At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
